- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 sachet of acai berry paste
- Fresh Figs
- In your Vitamix, place ¼ cup of organic chia seeds
- Blend thoroughly and then pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for 2 or more hours.
- Once set, top with fresh figs, chopped pistachios, sliced date coconut rolls and melted vegan dark quinoa chocolate.
