Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 sachet of acai berry paste
  • Fresh Figs

Instructions

  1. In your Vitamix, place ¼ cup of organic chia seeds
  2. Blend thoroughly and then pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for 2 or more hours.
  3. Once set, top with fresh figs, chopped pistachios, sliced date coconut rolls and melted vegan dark quinoa chocolate.
  4. And enjoy!
